QUALITY IN AYURVEDA

Ayurveda is practiced from many ages by great sage & rishis. The most important fact which distinguishes Ayurveda from other pathy is its guidelines about Daily Regime (Dincharya), Seasonal Regime (Rutucharya) & Ethical code of conduct (Sadvrutta). This is a boon to mankind by Ayurveda. Daily regime & seasonal regime aims in improving ones immunity & vigor to fight against disease. It enables a person to adapt various climatic & seasonal changes without suffering any disease hazard. Keeping this as the base, one can adopt various modalities to achieve good health & immunity. Likewise if a person is diseased, Ayurveda describes for them various ways to adopt in daily life, mainly diet modifications, light exercises, things to be avoided etc.  Ayurveda not only aims in physical well-being but also a healthy mental attitude. Thus, to improve quality of life of a patient, to make him fight against diseases one has to be not only physically fit but mentally strong.
